This is the final post to the course weblog for the Fall 2009 ART 130: Introduction to Multimedia class. Course statistics are posted below. Despite a small initial group of students, some quality portfolio pieces emerged from the course. Moving forward, clearer delineation of the course progression from Photography to Video to Audio will be sought. Additionally, a greater emphasis will be placed on presentation and the establishment of a robust final portfolio. 20% Project guidelines will be refined, and greater reliance on web 2.0 services will be explored so that multimedia activities remain possible beyond the classroom.
